热情与技能,缺一不可?

那一天我的AD向我提出一个观点:"Passion without skill is dangerous? - Michael Fullen." 对于这个观点我的看法是:

子曰:“学而不思则罔,思而不学则殆” So based on this principle, I infer that it is important to acquire knowledge and build skill. A passionate learner is highly motivated and will explore further to understand better, but if one does not apply their knowledge, skill will not built up, no application also mean nothing is internalize, as times go by, this so call knowledge may be forgotten, so the understanding of knowledge is at superficial level. The danger comes when the passionate 'leaner' is not aware of this and at the same time thinking too highly of himself and acts as the expert of knowledge.

后来,她又问我:"How do you help teachers who have not found their passion? Possible? Or is it providing opportunities for teachers to uncover their talent to help them to find their passion? " 我的解答如下:

各位同僚,您的看法是什么?
