近日,我的两位师傅都很忙。一位天天去开会,回来后还有堆积如山的工作要完成。一位‘闭关修炼’去了,将在她学生们的试卷中留下红色的批改痕迹。她们都无暇理会我这个徒弟,自然就没有问题问我了。我这位徒弟是否乐得清闲呢?其实不然......
我不敢懈怠,也不愿意偷懒,担心师傅们出其不意地向我发‘镖’,接不到‘镖’是会得‘内伤’的。(哈哈!) 所以我就继续勤奋地思考。我在胡老师的一项阅读策略 - 看、想、问中加了‘找’,成了 ‘找、看、想、问’。找什么?其实这个‘找’和‘问’的策略是一样的,惟一不同的是‘找’是一种动机,是进行策略的前提。我找书籍去阅读,从文章中发现问题去思考。另外,我也能说我找人去进行有意义的对话。
想不到,我这种自动自发的行为还被Mr Bono的肯定。(哈哈!确实是老王卖瓜,自卖自夸。)
Edward De Bono 在他的一书提到: What is important is that we should, from time to time, be willing to set tasks for ourselves. Ambitious people are always setting tasks for themselves. Then they move ahead to carry out those tasks. Lazy people do not set tasks but simply go along from day to day and solve problems that arise. Even people who do set tasks are usually too timid in the tasks they set. Now and again it is worth setting tasks that at first seem impossible. 想要思维敏捷,思路清晰,训练思维是无可厚非的。所以我们要主动,有意识地寻找刺激物或人去启动我们的思维,而我所寻找的是与王元化先生‘对话’ - ‘对话’的内容为《思辨随笔》。
在我们相互交流的时候,我自然而然地进行批判性思维,思考的是杜亚泉在《何谓新思想》中争辩的:“态度非思想,思想非态度”一说......
